The breakfast was decent enough, and there were a couple of highlights on the menu. The location was good, within walking distance of some essential spots nearby. A good place to start, at least. The rooms were well-kept and spacious, which was nice, compared to some cramped accommodations I've encountered before.
The staff seemed to be overworked, and couldn't seem to keep up with the guests' demands- not even the essentials like housekeeping and provision of hot water. The restaurant was understaffed, and the queuing times were excessive.

The design of the hotel was modern and inviting. the staff was very friendly and accommodating, even going the extra mile to help us with our lost luggage. the location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance to many restaurants and the port.
We did encounter some aggressive individuals begging for money in the area surrounding the hotel. We also had an issue with the security guard not allowing a guest to visit our room, even though we had paid for a suite.

The rooms at Prassa 3 Boutique Hotel are absolutely delightful. They are spacious and beautifully decorated with a modern touch. I felt so cozy and relaxed in the seating area after a busy day. The amenities like the flat-screen TV and mini bar added an extra level of comfort.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the bath robes provided in the room. But hey, that's just my opinion!
